  • Propose the creation of a mandatory “requirement” for the industry using our certification program.
  • Review the way in which we conduct our business, as well as those with whom we transact said business.
  • Ensure proper recognition is given to what the American Culinary Federation “brings to the table.”
  • Propose a “one fee for all” dues structure.


FISCAL SENSE AND A PRACTICAL PLAN
ADDRESSING THE DEBT ONE STEP AT A TIME
  • Address and eliminate our debt with a legitimate, cost-reducing, income-grabbing plan.
  • Avoid raising prices, cutting staff, removing educational opportunities, and eliminating programs. 
  • Allow our generous sponsors to recognize a “return on their investment.”
  • Recognize the benefits of policy creation and enforcement.

  • Continue to mentor students, encourage non-traditional experienced professionals, and recognize and appreciate language and/or cultural barriers.

  • Acknowledge the future is promising, the possibilities are endless, and our path forward is beckoning.
